IN CASE OF ENCOUNTERING SHORT PINS IN CORE SENSOR 3/3S BARS
We have identified manufacturing irregularities in some CORE Sensor 3 and 3S Bars. Specifically, there are instances of pins at the bar end being too short, which are responsible for securing the control lines in the Stealth Winder. These shorter pins could potentially dislodge from their position, resulting in the control lines becoming loose.
Pay attention to any indications of pins that appear shorter than usual (as shown in the left image). If you discover this is the case, we offer you an immediate pin replacement service. Simply provide us with your serial number and address, and we will ship the new pins to your home at no cost.
