Big Air is evolving dynamically and becoming more agile. More than ever, the focus is on the fundamentals: height, hangtime, and powerful loops. 

This is exactly where the Pace Pro 2 comes in: with its new Aluula 5-strut shape, it delivers significantly more jump height than its predecessor, powerful and controlled kiteloops, and exceptional hangtime. It positions itself deliberately closer to the XR / XR Pro without copying their sheet-and-go character. Instead, it supports an actively generated pop (“loaded pop”), which is deliberately built up before take-off and released in a controlled manner. 

Developed for controlled extremes – not only for competitions, but also for recreational loopers who don’t want performance handed to them, but actively demand and unlock it themselves.

Slightly increased sweep, more depth in the center section, and targeted bridle fine-tuning create exactly the combination of hangtime, controlled lift, and clean loop radii that modern Big Air riders demand.

The Pace Pro 2 has been specifically tuned for controlled single and heli loops. Compared with the XR / XR Pro, the loops are less aggressive but offer cleaner radii and more predictable timing. The high loop stability gives you confidence in critical situations – especially during high jumps. In smaller sizes, the Pace Pro 2 remains capable of double loops without losing control.

When it comes to stiffness, Aluula Gold remains the benchmark among airframe materials. In the Pace Pro 2, we utilize the potential of this high-performance composite even more effectively. In addition, the more highly segmented tip geometry makes the airframe even stiffer, more precise, and ultimately more powerful.

The combination of an Aluula® Leading Edge and ExoTex® Light Struts, used here for the first time, delivers two decisive advantages: despite the additional struts, the Pace Pro 2 maintains a very direct and fast steering response with only a minimal increase in weight. The elimination of no-longer-necessary Aluula® strut reinforcements improves turning behaviour and almost completely compensates for the additional weight of the two extra struts.

For maximum performance, the Pace Pro 2 retains its fixed bridle. With 14 points supporting the kite’s arc, even thinner leading-edge diameters can be engineered while exerting greater influence over the kite’s position in the wind window. The Pace Pro 2 sits more solidly on the front lines and unlocks its incredible performance especially through the now widely used pre-pop jump technique. The loops are exceptionally even without progression, while the turning radii can be varied and controlled precisely.

Compared to its predecessor, it sits closer to the XR Pro, while maintaining its own character rather than adopting the XR Pro’s sheet-and-go feel. The Pace Pro 2 is only compatible with the Sensor 4 and Sensor 4S. Please note that the Pace Pro 2 may only be flown with the Sensor 4 and Sensor 4S! Unlike the previous models, only the Sensor 4's SFS+ safety ensures complete depowering of models with fixed bridles.
