The Badger Pro is the ultra high-performance version of our popular all-round fish board. Fine tuned for small waves, onshore conditions, and strapless freestyle.

Lighter, stronger, and more direct: With a full carbon wrap and a significantly thinner EPS core, the Badger Pro delivers exceptional flex characteristics, unmatched board feedback, and total control.

Thanks to its unique construction, it's around 25% lighter than the Badger 2 – while still offering maximum protection against dents and snaps. Your most radical companion for head-high waves, onshore conditions, and strapless freestyle.

FISH-OUTLINE

The signature fish tail extends the rail while reducing surface area in the tail – perfect for tight, snappy turns and quick rail-to-rail transitions with loads of grip and speed. Compared to the Badger 2, the tail is slightly narrower for even more explosive turns. The generous nose surface supports freestyle moves, making the Badger Pro not just a blast in the surf, but a true freestyle fun machine, too.

HYBRID HULL

The nose spine cuts through chop for a smoother ride, while its balanced volume ensures early lift and easy planing — even in light wind.The transition into a double concave ensures that the rocker in the middle section is kept low, while the rails have a higher rocker. This allows for tighter turns than classic fish shapes. The V in the tail gives the Badger a lot of control and a smooth transition from rail to rail.

FLAT ROCKER

The Badger Pro has a flat entry, middle and exit rocker for particularly early planing. In addition, it gives the board a very controllable edging in the bottom turn as well as before the jump.

Grab-rails

Slightly sculpted grab rails highlight the Badger’s freestyle roots, adding grip you can feel — in the air and in your hands.

A true masterpiece from Fehmarn. The Badger Pro is handcrafted by experienced shapers near the CORE headquarters using a unique construction method that ensures 100% quality, dimensional precision, and that unmistakable carbon performance.

ULTRA-RIGID CONSTRUCTION

The ultra-dense EPS core offers outstanding resistance to denting. It’s wrapped in 90°-oriented Cartan carbon, forming a highly compression-resistant laminate that massively boosts durability that makes pressure dents virtually impossible.

UNIQUE MANUFACTURING PROCESS

The laminate is pressed onto the core using a silicone mold vacuum process. This ensures even pressure distribution, precise shaping, and consistent quality across every board. The high elasticity of the silicone ensures uniform pressure across every square millimeter, guaranteeing consistent quality throughout. And thanks to the reusable silicone molds, disposable vacuum bags are a thing of the past in our production.

THRUSTER Fin SETUP

To create a loose character, pronounced turning pleasure and a light takeoff via rolling kickers, the Badger is equipped with a classic thruster setup.

ORIGINAL FCS II FIN SYSTEM

The FCS-II system allows the fins to be changed within a few seconds – without the need for tools. Of course, older generations of FCS fins can also be mounted with a grub screw.

SURF LEASH 6’0’’

The leash features CORE’s signature yellow, ensuring high visibility from all angles, especially underwater when sorting is necessary. The TPU is made of extremely high quality, which is why we were able to reduce the diameter and, in turn, minimize resistance.
