Designed specifically for smaller swell, the Badger combines high nose volume with a classic fish tail. Delivering ultra-snappy turns without sacrificing grip. Its longer rail holds steady on wider arcs, while the compact shape makes it a top pick for strapless freestyle.

The new Badger 2 comes with an optimized coating that makes it a good 100 grams lighter. That means even more freestyle potential – you’ll feel the difference instantly in jumps, rotations, and aerial tricks.

SHAPE

FISH-OUTLINE

The signature fish tail extends the rail for control, while reducing drag at the tail. The result: tighter turns, faster transitions, and a ride that feels fast, fluid, and locked in.

HYBRID HULL

The nose spine softens impact and adds stability, so the ride stays smooth — no matter the surface.The transition into a double concave ensures that the rocker in the middle section is kept low, while the rails have a higher rocker. This allows for tighter turns than classic fish shapes. The V-shaped tail gives the Badger precise control and seamless rail-to-rail transitions, opening up every turn from tight carves to drawn-out arcs.

FLAT ROCKER

The Badger has a flat entry, middle and exit rocker for particularly early planing. In addition, it gives the board a very controllable edging in the bottom turn as well as before the jump.

Grab-rails

Slightly sculpted grab rails highlight the Badger’s freestyle roots, adding grip you can feel in the air and in your hands.

Developed in Fehmarn and produced by experienced shapers in Portugal. The Badger is handcrafted to guarantee one hundred percent dimensional precision and specific glass board performance.

RIGID CONSTRUCTION

In terms of construction, the Badger differs from the other surfboards. The waterproof XPS core has an enormously high compressive strength. It is encased in fiberglass and in the deck additionally reinforced with a Soric layer, which gives the core much better durability and makes it almost impossible to leave dents. With the new, lighter surface finish, we’ve shaved off up to 100 grams – giving you more agility, easier tricks and longer airtime.

UNIQUE PRODUCTION PROCESS

As with the Imperator, the laminate is impregnated by infusion - this is unique and guarantees excellent strength of the board. It also made it possible to build the board thinner, as the stiffness is slightly higher than with classic surfboard constructions.

CARBON TAILPATCH

The carbon reinforced tail protects against bumps and breaks - by its partial use the board maintains its good flex in the tail and the whole board stays nice and light.

THRUSTER Fin SETUP

To realize a loose character, pronounced turning pleasure and a light takeoff via rolling kickers, the Badger is equipped with a classic thruster setup.

ORIGINAL FCS II FIN SYSTEM

The FCS-II system allows the fins to be changed within a few seconds – without the need for tools. Of course, older generations of FCS fins can also be mounted with a grub screw.

LEVEL ONE VERIFIED ECOBOARD

Making high-performance products more sustainable is a good thing. Our feel-good board incorporates sustainable materials like recycled plastic bottles and bio-resins to reduce its carbon footprint.
