SHAHAR TSABARY BREAKS THROUGH
FIRST FINAL & FIRST PODIUM FOR 17-YEAR-OLD CORE RIDER
Mykonos delivers the perfect stage for a Big Air showdown in strong Meltemi winds, bringing the 2026 Big Air World Cup to a close. At just 17 years old, CORE rider Shahar Tsabary from Israel makes it into his first-ever Big Air World Cup final, lining up against three of the discipline’s top favorites.
Under high-pressure conditions, Shahar stays impressively consistent and delivers a mature, controlled performance from start to finish. He secures 3rd place in Mykonos, marking his first-ever podium at a major event, and finishes 5th overall in the Big Air World Championship rankings after the two stops in Lords of Tram and Mykonos.
Riding the XR Pro 2 and our brand new Choice 7 twintip, launched in May, he shows full confidence in his setup in the powerful Aegean conditions. This is a real breakthrough moment in his young career, and we’re excited to see where it goes next.
