With the Roamer 2, CORE introduces the next generation of its most versatile Wingfoil board. Developed for riders of all skill levels, its completely redesigned shape concept combines intuitive handling with significantly enhanced performance potential. From first confident flights and wave riding to demanding freestyle maneuvers, the Roamer 2 remains accessible, efficient, and predictable in every situation.

The Roamer 2 follows a clear development philosophy: maximum versatility without compromise. A new rocker line, optimized outline, redesigned rails, optimized volume distribution, and a thinner tail work together to deliver more efficient pumping, increased roll stability, and a more direct riding experience. The result is a board that feels at home in a wide range of conditions and appeals equally to freeride, wave, and freestyle riders.

Shape Redefined

The newly developed rocker abandons a flat bottom profile in favor of a harmoniously curved rocker line. This allows the board to release from the water more easily, pump more efficiently, and deliver significantly improved touchdown recovery. Even in choppy conditions, the ride remains controlled and predictable.

The Best of Mid-Length and Compact Concepts

With its rounded outline and refined compact shape, the Roamer 2 combines the advantages of different board concepts. The compact geometry delivers playful handling in flat water, while the optimized outline provides stability and control in waves. This creates an exceptionally broad performance range that extends far beyond traditional compact shapes.

Greater Efficiency Through Intelligent Volume Management

A key development lies in the newly optimized volume distribution. Combined with the new rocker, it improves low-end performance, enables earlier take-offs, and makes pumping more efficient. At the same time, the redesigned deck provides more precise pitch control. The riding experience becomes more direct without sacrificing comfort or control.

 

Direct Foil Feedback and New Rail Dynamics

The refined tail design brings the rear foot closer to the mast box, improving the connection between rider and foil. Feedback from the foil is transmitted more directly, enabling more precise steering inputs.This effect is complemented by the new Dual Rail Design, which combines stability during starts with outstanding control in flight while improving touchdown behavior.

 

Lightweight Construction. Maximum Durability.

With additional fiberglass layers in the nose area, a carbon wrap around the mast box, and a newly developed surface finish, the Roamer 2 has been engineered for greater performance and efficiency. The result is approximately 10% less weight without compromising durability. Handcrafted in Europe with an exclusive XPS foam core, the board delivers a direct riding feel, outstanding resilience, and reliable protection against water absorption, even when damaged.
