"The NXS was created from a targeted synthesis of various CORE models," explains Frank Ilfrich, Head of Kite Design at CORE, adding: "Elements from Nexus, Pace, Section and Xlite come together to form a kite with its own distinct character."
Compared to the Nexus, the NXS delivers significantly improved jumping performance with clean, controlled landings – without losing its playful all-round character. At the same time, it stands out in wave and foil use with higher agility, excellent drift, and smooth power delivery.

Balanced performance in every discipline
As a sporty freerider, the NXS delivers relaxed cruising, strong jumping performance with solid hangtime and smooth kiteloops. In the waves, it impresses with excellent drift characteristics and supports flowing turns and aggressive cutbacks – playful, reactive and always under control. On the foil, the NXS benefits from its weight-optimized construction, remains perfectly balanced in rolling swell and is instantly present when needed.
New material base for precise handling
The leading edge of the NXS is made from ExoTex® 3 and offers increased torsional stiffness combined with high shape stability. The result is calm, controlled flight characteristics with precise steering input – even in gusty winds or under high load. The 3-strut light frame is complemented by ExoTex® Light struts and the exclusive CoreTex® 2 triple ripstop canopy, ensuring consistently low stretch and reliable performance over many sessions.

With a moderate aspect ratio, surf profile and fixed bridle, the NXS prioritizes control, forgiveness, and smooth power delivery over aggressive power spikes. The Radical Reaction Tips ensure direct steering response, clean turns and improved drift – without nervousness. This creates a balanced flight feel that builds confidence and enables solid performance in all disciplines.
Perfectly tuned to the Sensor 4S
The NXS is perfectly matched to the Sensor 4S bar. The setup delivers a clean, direct bar feel with clear feedback, a defined pressure point and high safety. Kite and bar form a perfectly matched system for maximum control and confidence – regardless of discipline and conditions.
